Use proper pans for cooking.

Match the size of the saucepan to the
surface of the heating zone.
Asaucepanshouldneverbesmallerthana
heatingzone.
Ensure heating zones and pan bases
are clean.
Soilscanpreventheattransfer–andrepeat-
edly burnt–on spillages can often only be
removedbyproductswhichcausedamage
totheenvironment.
Do not uncover the pan too often
(a watched pot never boils!).
Do not open the oven door unnecessarily
often.
Switch off the oven in good time and make
use of residual heat.
For long cooking times, switch off heating
zones5to10minutesbeforenishingcook-
ing.Thissavesupto20%onenergy.
Only use the oven when cooking larger
dishes.
Meat of up to 1 kg can be prepared more
economicallyinapanonthecookerhob.
HOW TO SAVE ENERGY
Make use of residual heat from the
oven.
Ifthecookingtimeisgreaterthan40minutes
switch offthe oven 10 minutes before the
endtime.
Important! When using the timer,
set appropriately shorter cooking
times according to the dish being
prepared.
Only grill with the ultrafan after closing
the oven door.
Make sure the oven door is properly
closed.
Heatcanleakthroughspillagesonthedoor
seals.Cleanupanyspillagesimmediately.
Do not install the cooker in the direct
vicinity of refrigerators/freezers.
Otherwise energy consumption increases
unnecessarily.

Making the worktop recess
Thekitchenareashouldbedryandairedandequippedwithefcientventillation.When
installingthecooker,easyaccesstoallcontrolelementsshouldbeensured.
 ThisisaY–typedesignbuilt–incooker,whichmeansthatitsbackwallandonesidewall
canbeplacednexttoahighpieceoffurnitureorawall.
 Worktopthicknessshouldbe28-40mm,whileitswidthatleast600mm.Theworktop
mustbeatandlevel.Edgeoftheworktopnearthewallmustbesealedtopreventingress
ofwaterorotherliquids.
There should be sufcient spacing around the opening, in particular, at least 50 mm
distancetothewalland60mmdistancetothefrontedgeofworktop.
 Worktopmustbemadeofmaterials,includingveneerandadhesives,resistanttoatem-
peratureof100°C.Otherwise,veneercouldcomeofforsurfaceoftheworktopbecome
deformed.
 Edgeoftheopeningshouldbesealedwithsuitablematerialstopreventingressofwa-
ter.

Installation of self-adhesive foam gasket
Do not install the appliance without the foam gasket.
The gasket must be applied on the appliance as follows:
Beforettingtheapplianceinthekitchenworktop,applyself-adhesivefoamgasketprovided
underneaththerim.

fitting guidelines
The cooker is manufactured to work with
threephase alternating current (400V
3N~50Hz).Thevoltageratingofthecooker
heating elements is 230V. Adapting the
cookertooperatewithone-phasecurrentis
possiblebyapropriatebridgingintheconnec-
tionboxaccordingtotheconnectiondiagram
below.Theconnectiondiagramisalsofound
onthecoveroftheconnectionbox.Remem-
ber that the connection wire should match
theconnectiontypeandthepowerratingof
thecooker.
Theconnectioncablemustbesecuredina
strain–reliefclamp.
Warning!
Remembertoconnectthesafetycircuittothe
connectionboxterminalmarkedwith .The
electricitysupplyforthecookermusthavea
safetyswitchwhichenablesthepowertobe
cutoffincase ofemergency.The distance
betweentheworkingcontactsofthesafety
switchmustbeatleast3mm.
Beforeconnectingthe cookertothepower
supply it is important to read the informa-
tion on the data plate and the connection
diagram.

In this knob setting, the oven’s co-
nvectionroastingfunctionison.Inthis
modetheroastingprocessisspeeded
up, which enhances the taste of a
cookeddish.
Enhanced roaster (super roaster)
In this setting both roaster and top
heater are on. This increases tem-
peratureinthetoppartoftheoven’s
interior, which makes it suitable for
browningandroastingoflargerpor-
tionsoffood.
Caution!
When the  functions have been
selectedbutthetemperatureknobis
settozeroonlythefanwillbeon.With
thisfunctionyoucancoolthedishor
theovenchamber.
Roaster on.
Roastingisusedforcookingofsmall
portions of meat: steaks, schnitzel,
fish, toasts, Frankfurter sausages,
(thicknessofroasteddishshouldnot
exceed2-3cmandshouldbeturned
overduringroasting).
Top heater on
Settingtheknobtothispositionallows
theoventobeheatedonlybythetop
heater. Browning on top, finishing
baking,grilling.
Bottom heater on
Whentheknobissettothisposition
the oven is heated using only the
bottomheater.Bakingofcakesfrom
the bottom until done (moist cakes
withfruitstufng).
Top and bottom heaters on
Set the knob in this position for co-
nventionalbaking.Thissettingisideal
for baking cakes, meat, sh, bread
andpizza(itisnecessarytopreheat
the oven andusea baking tray) on
oneovenlevel.
Switching on the oven is indicated by two
signallights,[7],[8],turningon.The[8]light
turnedonmeanstheovenisworking.Ifthe[7]
lightgoesout,itmeanstheovenhasreached
thesettemperature.Ifareciperecommends
placing dishes in a warmed-up oven, this
shouldbenotdonebeforethe[7]lightgoes

Use of the grill
Thegrillingprocessoperatesthroughinfrared
raysemittedontothedishbytheincandes-
centgrillheater.
Inordertoswitchonthegrillyouneedto:
● Settheovenknobtothepositionmarked
grill ,
● Heattheovenforapprox.5minutes(with
theovendoorshut).
● Insertatraywithadishontotheappropri-
atecookinglevel;andifyouaregrilling
onthegrateinsertatrayfordrippingon
the level immediately below (under the
grate).
● Closetheovendoor.
For grilling with the function grill and com-
bined grill the temperature must be set to
250ºC, but for the function fan and grill it
must be set to a maximum of 200ºC.
Warning!
When using function grill it is rec-
ommended thatthe ovendoor is
closed.
When the grill is inuse accessible
partscanbecomehot.
Itisbesttokeepchildrenawayfrom
theoven.
Important!
When the fast oven heat-up func-
tionhasbeenselected,thechamber
shouldnotcontainabakingtraywith
doughorotherelementsthatdonot
constitutetheoventtings.
Thefastheat-upfunctionisnotrecom-
mendedforusewiththeprogrammer
set.
Fast oven heat-up*
In ovens with automatic air circulation,
equippedwithafanandanultra-fanheater,
thefastheat-upfunctionmaybeused–the
ovenwillreachatemperatureof150°Cwithin
approximately4minutes.

By ensuring proper cleaning and mainte-
nance of your cooker you can have a sig-

Before you start cleaning, the cooker must
be switched off and you should ensure
that all knobs are set to the “off position.
Do not start cleaning until the cooker has
completely cooled.

Aanschakelen van het verbrede kookveld
Belangrijk!
Hetkookveldmagenkelaangescha-
keld worden door de draaiknop in
wijzerzintedraaien.Alsuindeandere
richtingdraait,kuntudeschakelaar
beschadigen.
Binnen hetbereik 0 1 2 3 van de
draaiknopwerkthetbinnenstekookvelden
kandehoeveelheidnaardepotaangevoerde
warmtegeleidelijkgeregeldworden.Doorde
knopkortdoortedraaiennaardestand
wordt het buitenste kookveld aangescha-
keld.Vanafdatmomentkandehoeveelheid
warmte die door de twee kookvelden (bin-
nensteenbuitenste)naardepotaangevoerd
wordt, geleidelijk geregeld worden, omdat
de binnenste schakelaar deze velden pas
uitschakeltalsdedraaiknopopstand0ge-
plaatstwordt.
Verwarmingsindicator van een kookveld
Alsdetemperatuurvaneenkookveldmeer
dan 50ºC bedraagt, wordt dit aangegeven
doorhetgepasteveldvandeindicator.
Deverwarmingsindicatorvaneenkookveld
waarschuwtdegebruikerzodathijhetaanra-
kenvaneenheetkookveldkanvermijden.
Nahetuitschakelenvandeverwarmingvan
eenkookveld,zalhetveldnogvoorong.5-10
minutendevergaardewarmtebehouden,die
bv. benut kan wordenvoor het opwarmen
ofwarmhoudenvanspijzenzonderdatde
verwarming vanhet veld nog moet aange-
schakeldworden.
