Terwijl u de loopband monteert, moet u bij bepaalde stappen bijzonder goed opletten. Het is
zeer belangrijk, dat u de montagehandleiding exact volgt en dat u alle onderdelen goed
vastdraait. Als u de montagehandleiding niet volgt, bestaat de kans dat onderdelen van het
frame niet zijn vastgedraaid, vervolgens los lijken te zitten en bij gebruik lawaai gaan maken.
Er mag geen zijwaartse speelruimte op de consolestang zijn. Bovendien mag er geen speel-
ruimte naar voor en achter zijn als de console of de armstangen worden gemonteerd. Om
beschadiging van uw loopband te voorkomen, moet u de montagehandleiding opnieuw
doorlezen en dan de fouten corrigeren, die u tijdens de montage misschien heeft gemaakt.
UITPAKKEN
Plaats de verpakking op een vlakke ondergrond. Wij raden u aan, een beschermende folie op
de vloer te leggen, zodat er geen krassen kunnen ontstaan. Wees voorzichtig bij het transport-
eren en opbouwen. Open de verpakking niet als ze op haar kant ligt. Als u de verpakkings-
bandjes heeft verwijderd, mag u het toestel pas weer verplaatsen of transporteren als het
helemaal is opgebouwd, goed op de grond staat en de ontgrendelingspen geborgd is. Pak het
toestel bij voorkeur uit op de plaats, waar u het wilt gebruiken. De loopband is uitgerust met
hogedrukschokdempers, hetgeen er toe kan leiden dat de loopband bij verkeerd gebruik plotsel-
ing openklapt. Probeer nooit, de loopband op te tillen of te verplaatsen aan het hellinghoek-
frame. Als u zich niet aan de handleiding houdt, kunt u lichamelijk letsel oplopen.
Noteer uw serienummer en het modelnummer, voordat u met de montage begint. U vindt dit
links naast de Aan-/Uitschakelaar.

Open de doos. Neem de losse onderdelen en los karton eruit. Probeer niet de loopband op te
tillen. Verwijder de wikkelfolie van de consolestang.
Opmerking: Let er bij elke montagestap op, dat u alle moeren en schroeven eerst losjes vast-
draait, voordat u ze helemaal vastdraait. Wij raden u aan, de schroefdraden vóór montage van
het toestel in te smeren met smeervet.
A) Maak schroevenzak 1 open.
B) Schuif de linker consolestang in de
houder van het hoofdframe.
C) Bevestig de consolestang vanaf de
buitenzijde met 2 schroeven (A), 2
veeronderlegringen (C) en 2 oplegringen
(B) aan de bevestiging van het hoofd-
frame.
D) Bevestig de consolestang vanaf de
binnenzijde met 2 schroeven (A), 2
veeronderlegringen (C) en 2 oplegringen
(B) aan de bevestiging van het hoofd-
frame.
E) Bevestig de consolestang vanaf de
voorzijde met 2 schroeven (A), 2
veeronderlegringen (C) en 2 oplegringen
gebogen (B) aan de bevestiging van het
hoofdframe.
