Door Assembly Replacement Instructions

MODEL ET9100

• Turnpoweroffatmainpanelbeforeservicingthisswitchortheequipmentitcontrols.

• Morethanonedisconnectswitchmayberequiredtode-energizetheequipmentbeforeservicing.

WARNING

dosowillresultinprogramloss.Ifprogramsarelost,refertotheET90000ElectronicTimeInstallationandProgrammingGuide

forprogramminginstructions.

NOTICE

Risk of Fire or Electric Shock

Follow this procedure to replace the ET90000 Time Switch door assembly.

1. Make sure power to the ET90000 Time Switch is de-activated.

2. Open the time switch enclosure cabinet door.

3. Remove the screws on the deadfront and remove the deadfront from the enclosure.

Set aside the deadfront and screws for reuse.

4. Remove the screw that secures the time switch door assembly and open the door assembly.

Set aside the screws for re-use.

5. On the inside of the door assembly, disconnect the applicable cabel and connectors from the

controller board listed below. See Figure 2

- Relay module cable connectors

- Ethernet cable

- CAN bus connector wires

- Remote input connector wires

- Power supply cable

6. Remove the top hinge screw from the top of the door assembly. Retain the screw for reuse.

7. Lift up the assembly until it clears the bottom hinge support, and then lift the assembly off the

pin.

8. Locate the bottom hinge pin and guide the bottom hinge hole on the new door assembly onto

the pin.

9. Align the door assembly with the top hinge support and secure with the screw previously

removed in step 6.

10. Open the door assembly and connect the cables and connectors previously removed to the

required locations. Refer to Figure 2.

11. Close the door assembly and secure with the screw previously removed in step 4.

12. Re-install the deadfront and secure with the screws previously removed in step 3.

13. Apply power to the unit.

14. Re-install program data from the USB device previously used to backup the software.

15. Close the enclosure cabinet door.

weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear; (g) transit damage, initial installation costs, removal costs, or reinstallation costs.
