Model 30229
Using The Snooze
* Press the button when the alarm sounds will stop the alarm and SNOOZE
the alarm will sound again in nine minutes.
* The snooze function can be repeated many times.
Battery Backup
* Insert one “9V” battery into the battery compartment at the back of the clock.
The battery will keep the alarm and time settings until the power is restored.
The LED display will not light-up but the alarm will sound at the preset alarm time.
If there is no battery installed but the power is interruped,once power is restored,
the display will reset at 12:00 and the time and alarm need to be set again.
Battery Warning
Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. Follow the polarity
(+) and (-) when inserting battery.
Warning: Changes or modications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible
for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment
1. Read Instructions-All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the
appliance is operated.
2. Retain Instructions - The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future
reference.
3. Water and Moisture - The appliance should not be used near water - for example, near a

operating instructions. All other servicing should be referred to qualied service. personnel.

Power Supply
* Begin by plugging in the power cord i nto a standard household outlet.
The display will ash i ndi cating the time is ready to be set.
Setting The Time
* Hold down the
TIME
button and then press
HOUR
button to set the correct hour
.
The PM indicator will light when the hour is advanced into the PM time.
* Hold down the
TIME
button and then press
MINUTE
button to set the correct minute.
* Release the
TIME
button when the correct time i s shown on display.
Setting The First Alarm
* Slide the
ALARM DUAL/1/2/OFF
switch to the
Alarm 1
position to set the rst alarm.

Using The Alarm 1

* Slide the
ALARM DUAL/1/2/OFF
switch to the
Alarm 2
position to set the second alarm.
* Hold down the
ALARM
button and then press the
HOUR
button to set the correct hour.

switch the
ALARM 2
position to choose second alarm.
The alarm indicator light for
AL 2
will appear on the left side of display.
* Sli de the
ALARM DUAL/1/2/OFF
switch to
OFF
position to deactivate the alarm .
Using The Alarm 2
* Set
AL1
and
AL2
. Once both Alarms are set you can use the
DUAL
setting.
The alarm indicator light for
AL1 & AL2
both will appear on the left side of display.
* Sli de the
ALARM DUAL/1/2/OFF
switch to the
Dual
position to choose both alarm.
Using The Dual Alarm
The alarm will sound at the preset alarm times respectively.
* Sli de the
ALARM DUAL/1/2/OFF
switch to the
OFF
position to deactivate the alarm .
Plesae help in preservation of the environment and return used batteries to an authorized depot.
Remove the battery from the clock if you do not intend to use for an extended period of time.
