FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

This promoon is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or

over and excludes employees and their immediate families of Nestle S.A. and Nespresso, its agents

or anyone professionally connected to the promoon. Applicants must have a copy of an original

genuine proof of purchase of a Classic Nespresso machine bought between 29th March 2017 and

4th June 2017 and the 19 digit serial number, which can be found on the drip tray. If you have

purchased a Nespresso machine with an Aeroccino milk frother, you must also supply the 7, 9 or 10

digit serial number which can be found on the base of the Aeroccino.

The promoon only applies to new machines and reserve the right to exclude anyone in Nespresso

the event that Nespresso reasonably considers the machine to have been stolen or acquired through

fraudulent means.

Nespresso Club Reward

You are entled to claim £60 o your next order when you purchase any new Nespresso cappuccino

machine or £40 o of your order when you purchase any new espresso machine, Nespresso

between 29th March 2017 and 4th June 2017. Your credit will be applied to your Club Nespresso

account upon validaon of your applicaon. This promoon cannot be used in conjuncon with any

other promoon, oer or discount. Nespresso

Closing date

All applicaons must be received by no later than 23:59 on 30th June 2017 . Applicaons received

beyond this me will not qualify for the oer.

How to apply

To apply for this oer, please visit Nespresso.com/UKpromoon. You will be required to ll the

informaon asked, upload a copy of your proof of purchase and input the 19-digit serial number

from your machine and the 7, 9 or 10 digit serial number of your Aeroccino.

Alternavely, you can take copy of your proof of purchase and the 19-digit serial number from a

your machine and the 7, 9 or 10 digit serial number of your Aeroccino directly to one of our

Nespresso Bouques where, aer validaon, you will be able to redeem your oer right away.

Oer restricons

 Club Reward credit cannot be used in conjuncon with any other promoon, Nespresso

oer or discount.

 Only one applicaon may be redeemed for each Nespresso cappuccino or espresso machine

purchased within the stated promoon period.

 Oer limited to one applicaon for the full £60/£40 credit oer per Club Member number.

Any Club Member making a claim against a second new machine purchased within the

stated promoon period will not qualify for the oer.

 If the Aeroccino is not integrated with the coee machine it must be purchased at the same

me as the Nespresso coee machine and appear on the same receipt to qualify for the £60

Club Reward.

 Nespresso reserves the right at its sole discreon to suspend any user found to make more

than one valid claim by tampering with the operaon of the promoon, seng up mulple

accounts, using mulple idenes or to be acng in any manner deemed by Nespresso to be

in violaon of the terms and condions; or to be acng in any manner deemed by Nespresso

to be disrupve. Nespresso also reserves the right to report any acvity to the local police if

an individual is found to be violang the terms and condions.

 At all mes during the promoo reserves the right to perform internal checks n, Nespresso

relang to the club member to ensure the integrity of the promoon.

 Only complete applicaons received by no later than 23:59 on 30 th June 2017 will be eligible.

Nespresso does not accept responsibility for any late applicaons or any communicaons

line failure, regardless of cause, or inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.

 Those making claims on behalf of a company or business must be authorised to do so.

 Incomplete or illegible documents will be considered as void.

 If you return your machine your Nespresso Club Reward will become null and void.

 Valid for residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only.

 All Club Rewards must be redeemed in full by Nespresso 31st December 2017.

 Upon validaon, your Club Reward will be applied to our Nespresso Nespresso Club account

and a validaon e-mail will be sent to you within 7 working days of your applicaon.

 The Club Reward is non-refundable (fully or parally) and is not transferable as Nespresso

cash.

 Nespresso products are subject to availability.

 This oer is valid for new Nespresso cappuccino or espresso machines with a valid proof of

purchase only when purchased during the stated promoonal period of 29 th March 2017

and 4th June 2017.

 This oer excludes Nespresso Business Soluons coee machines.
