Computerhandleiding Proteus PEC-7588
De computerhandleiding bestaat uit de volgende hoofdstukken:
• De monitor
• Knopfuncties
• Werkingsinstructies
• Zaken die u dient te weten alvorens te trainen
De monitor
Er zijn in totaal 6 schermen. Elk scherm heeft meerdere functies.
1. Hoofdscherm:
Dit scherm geeft berichten weer, de programma profielen en zelfs een
screensaver.
2. Time/Segment Time:
Geeft de trainingstijd weer op 2 verschillende manieren. De ene manier
is door de totale trainingstijd af te tellen naar de 00:00. De andere
manier is door de trainingstijd af te tellen aan de hand van segmenten.
Er zijn in totaal 30 segmenten (intervallen); de standaardwaarde is 1
minuut per segment.
3. Calories/Watt/Constant power
Wisselt tussen de weergave van het aantal watt en het aantal
verbrande calorieën. Indien ‘constant power’ geselecteerd is, kunt u het
totaal aantal watt beheersen gedurende de training.
4. Pulse/Level
Wisselt tussen de weergave van de huidige hartslag (indien de beide
hartslagsensoren vast worden gehouden) en het weerstandsniveau
(level).
5. Speed/Average Speed
Geeft de huidige snelheid weer gedurende de training of de gemiddelde
snelheid van de totale training aan het eind van de training.
6. Distance/RPM
Geeft de afgelegde afstand weer (kilometers of mijlen) en RPM (aantal
omwentelingen per minuut).
Knopfuncties
Er zijn in totaal 9 knoppen, bestaande uit UP, DOWN, START/STOP,
ENTER, MODE, RESET, PULSE RECOVERY, CONSTANT POWER en SCAN.
1. UP
A. Voordat u op de START knop drukt, kunt u de UP knop indrukken om
een programma omhoog te schuiven.
B. Tijdens het instellen van een functie kunt u deze knop gebruiken om de
functiewaarde te verhogen.
C. Tijdens het trainen kunt u deze knop indrukken om de weerstand
(level) te verhogen.
2. DOWN
A. Voordat u op de START knop drukt, kunt u de DOWN knop indrukken
om een programma omlaag te schuiven.
B. Tijdens het instellen van een functie kunt u deze knop gebruiken om de
functiewaarde te verlagen.
C. Tijdens het trainen kunt u deze knop indrukken om de weerstand
(level) te verlagen.
3. START/STOP
Druk de START/STOP knop in om de training te starten of te stoppen
met trainen.
4. ENTER
Voordat u op de START knop drukt om een programma te starten, kunt
u de ENTER knop indrukken om de functies in te stellen.
Terwijl u de functies aan het instellen bent, kunt u de ENTER knop
indrukken om te wisselen tussen de programma opties.
5. MODE
Druk deze knop in tijdens het trainen om de screensaver aan/uit te
zetten. Om de verschillende screensavers te selecteren kunt u de
UP/DOWN knoppen gebruiken.
