USER MANUAL
1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Velleman! Please read the manual
thoroughly before bringing this device into service. If the device
was damaged in transit, do not install or use it and contact your
dealer.
2. Safety Instructions
Read and understand this manual and all safety signs before using
this appliance.

● This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above,
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision. The gas tank of the ●
GASIRON2 should not make contact with alcohol or liquids
containing alcohol. Do not use water to cool down the soldering ●
iron as this may damage it. Do not use the GASIRON2 when it is ●
damaged or leaking gas. Allow the gas to stabilize before using ●
the device after a refill. ● Do not refill the soldering iron in the room
where you are going to use it or in a room with ignition sources.
● ● Do not put an ignited GASIRON2 down on any surface. Do not
tamper with the device; any modification could cause a potential
hazard. Be careful not to heat or burn the refill canisters or the ●
device’s gas tank. ● Work only in a well-ventilated area and keep
the working space tidy and free from combustible or greasy
materials. Always wear eye protection and protective gloves ●
when working with the GASIRON2. Do not point the flame ●
towards people or animals. Treat the GASIRON2 as you would ●
any fine tool or instrument. Do not drop or otherwise abuse it. ● Do
not store the device in a place where the temperature can exceed
40 °C (104 °F). ! The flame is not easily visible in the WARNING
