notice d’utilisation afin d’exploiter au mieux votre appareil et lui assurer une durée de vie optimale.

Toutefois, si vous observez un défaut ou si vous rencontrez un quelconque problème, veuillez contacter

notre service consommateur.

IMPORTANT : Ce babyphone utilise un mode audio avec des puissances d’émission faibles, afin de

préserver la santé de bébé. Par ailleurs, les modes audio et vidéo disposent de la fonction VOX :

le récepteur et l’émetteur ne communiquent pas de manière continue afin de limiter les radiations

émises dans la chambre. Quand bébé pleure, le système s’active immédiatement pour vous alerter ;

quand bébé ne pleure pas, l’émetteur et le récepteur communiquent toutes les 20 s seulement pour

vérifier la bonne communication.

NOTICE D’UTILISATION

AVERTISSEMENT

- Le Babyphone Ultimate Care ne doit pas être perçu comme un appareil médical. En plus de l’utilisation

du Babyphone Ultimate Care, il est vivement recommandé que votre bébé fasse régulièrement l’objet

d’un contrôle direct de la part d’un adulte. Les bébés prématurés ou les enfants considérés comme à

risque doivent faire l’objet d’un contrôle par votre pédiatre ou autre personnel de santé.

- Ne vous éloignez jamais de votre enfant hors de la maison, même un court instant.

- Les piles non rechargeables ne doivent pas être rechargées.

- Les piles rechargeables doivent être retirées de l’appareil avant d’être rechargées.

- Ne mélangez pas des piles neuves et des piles usagées, ou des piles rechargeables et des piles

alcalines.

- Les piles rechargeables ne doivent être chargées que sous la surveillance d’un adulte.

- Les piles doivent être insérées avec la bonne polarité (+/-).

- Les piles usées doivent être retirées de l’appareil.

- Les bornes d’alimentation ne doivent pas être court-circuitées.

- Utilisez toujours la batterie du récepteur fournie par le fabricant : si la batterie est endommagée, elle

doit être remplacée par le fabricant, son service après vente ou des personnes de qualification similaire

afin d’éviter un danger.

- Pour une utilisation optimale de votre babyphone, et pour limiter toute interférence, nous vous

recommandons de ne brancher aucun autre appareil électrique sur la même prise que votre babyphone

(n’utilisez pas de bloc multiprise).

B / Receiver

1. Operation from battery pack

The Li polymer battery pack is already installed in the unit.

2. Operation using the AC adapter (supplied)

The parent unit can be operated on AC mains using

the supplied 5V 1A switching power supply. Connect

the output plug of the power supply to USB port (15)

of parent unit. Connect the adapter to the mains. The

power indicator will change from green to red (19)

and the segments within the battery icon as shown on

screen will flash in turn, showing the battery is under fast

charging. Once the battery is fully charged up, the power

indicator (19) turns back to green and the segments

within the battery icon become full and steady. Either

you disconnect the switching power supply or keep

connecting will cause no damage to the battery. In the

latter case, the battery power will not be consumed and

the unit operates from power supplied from the switching

power supply.

NB :

- Before using the parent unit for the first time, charge up the supplied Li-ion battery pack using the

switching power supply for at least 4 hours.

- You can also charge the battery through the USB port with an optional USB cable (not supplied), but

the charging time will be longer.

VIDEO PAIRING

This process is to match the parent unit with baby unit so that they can communicate with each other while

no other devices (even baby monitor of identical model) can interfere with you or receiving your image.

The baby and parent unit are already paired when you use them for the first time.. However, in case you

still experience interference, it is possible to pair them again by performing following steps:

1. Switch on both baby and parent unit.

2. With the help of a pointed object, momentarily press the pairing switch located at bottom of baby (10)

unit. The power indicator will start to flicker for about 5 sec.(3)

3. While the power indicator is still flickering, press and hold the Menu button of baby unit until the (3) (12)

screen show image as captured by the camera .This represents the pairing process is successful and

the power indicator will blink one time.(19)

4. The units are now ready for video operation.

5. If the pairing is not successful, repeat above steps 1 – 3.
