Belangrijke veiligheidsinformatie
Bewaar deze handleiding op een veilige plek, zodat u er later informatie in op kunt
zoeken.
1. Het is belangrijk deze hele handleiding te lezen voordat u het apparaat monteert en in gebruik
neemt. Het apparaat kan alleen veilig en efficiënt worden gebruikt als het op de juiste wijze wordt
gemonteerd, onderhouden en gebruikt. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat alle
gebruikers van het apparaat worden geïnformeerd over alle waarschuwingen en
voorzorgsmaatregelen.
2. Voordat u begint met een trainingsprogramma dient u uw huisarts te raadplegen om vast te stellen
of u fysieke problemen of gezondheidsproblemen heeft die een risico voor uw gezondheid en
veiligheid zouden kunnen vormen, of waardoor u het apparaat niet op de juiste wijze kunt
gebruiken. Het advies van uw huisarts is van essentieel belang als u medicijnen gebruikt die uw
hartslag, bloeddruk of cholesterolniveau beïnvloeden.
3. Luister naar de signalen die uw lichaam u geeft. Onjuiste of overmatige training kan schadelijk zijn
voor uw gezondheid. Stop met de oefening als u een van de volgende symptomen ervaart: pijn,
een beklemmend gevoel op de borst, onregelmatige hartslag, extreme kortademigheid, een licht
gevoel in uw hoofd, duizeligheid of misselijkheid. Als u een van deze symptomen ervaart, dient u
uw huisarts te raadplegen voordat u verdergaat met het trainingsprogramma.
4. Houd kinderen en huisdieren weg van het apparaat. Het apparaat is alleen ontworpen voor gebruik
door volwassenen.
5. Gebruik het apparaat op een stevige, vlakke ondergrond, die waterpas is, met een bescherming op
uw vloer of tapijt. Uit veiligheidsoverwegingen moet er ten minste 0,5 meter vrije ruimte rond het
apparaat zijn.
6. Controleer voordat u het apparaat gebruikt of de moeren en bouten stevig zijn vastgedraaid.
7. Het veiligheidsniveau van het apparaat kan alleen worden behouden als het apparaat regelmatig
wordt gecontroleerd op beschadiging en/of slijtage.
8. Gebruik het apparaat altijd op de voorgeschreven wijze. Als u defecte onderdelen tegenkomt
tijdens het monteren of controleren van het apparaat, of als u een ongebruikelijk geluid uit het
apparaat hoort komen tijdens het gebruik ervan, stop dan. Gebruik het apparaat pas weer als het
probleem is verholpen.
9. Draag geschikte kleding terwijl u het apparaat gebruikt. Draag geen losse kleding die bekneld zou
kunnen raken in het apparaat, of die u beperkt in uw bewegingen.
10. Het apparaat is getest en gecertificeerd volgens EN957 onder klasse H.C. Alleen geschikt voor
gebruik binnenshuis. Maximumgewicht van de gebruiker: 100kg.
11. Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor therapeutisch gebruik.
12. Zorg ervoor dat u bij het tillen of verplaatsen van het apparaat uw rug niet bezeert. Gebruik altijd
de juiste tiltechnieken en/of vraag een ander om hulp.
13. Als er problemen zijn of als u hulp nodig heeft, neem dan contact op met onze
