Safety
• Incorrect handling of this machine could result in personal injury.
• Themachine should always be disconnected from
themains when it is not in use, when it is to be assembled/
disassembled and when it is to be cleaned.
• Themachine may be used by children aged 8 or over
provided they have been instructed in its safe use and can
understand and are able to cope with any hazards or risks
involved with themachine’s use.
• Cleaning and maintenance may be carried out by children
aged 8 or over, but only under adult supervision. Ensure
that themachine and its mains lead are kept out of reach of
children under theage of 8.
• Switch themachine off and disconnect it from themains
before removing any of themoving parts.
• Themachine may be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capability, lack of experience or knowledge
which could jeopardize their safety, provided they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning thesafe use of
themachine and understand thehazards involved.
• Never let children play with themachine.
• Ensure that themachine is used with thecorrect voltage.

• To prevent electric shocks, themachine and its mains lead
should be kept dry.
• Never lay themains lead over hot surfaces, sharp edges or corners.
• Always disconnect themachine from thepower supply by
holding and pulling theplug. Do not pull themains lead.
• Make sure that all parts are correctly assembled and
that themachine is switched off before it is connected to
thepower supply.
• Never use themachine close to heat sources.
• Only use theprovided accessories.
• Never use themachine for anything other than its intended
use.
• Themains lead should be checked regularly. Never use
themachine if themains lead or plug is damaged.
• Themains lead must be changed if damaged. This is to
prevent therisk of electric shock or fire and should only be
carried out by themanufacturer, qualified service facility or
qualified technician.
• Do not touch any of themachine’s hot surfaces, as burn
injuries may result.
• Never touch any of theproduct’s moving parts while in use.
• Never leave theproduct unattended during use.
• The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of
an external timer or separate remote-control system.
• Theproduct is subject to overheating if used more than 30
min at atime. Therefore, theproduct must be allowed to cool
for at least 10 min for every 30 min of use. Use thecooling
off period to clean out thebowl before reuse. Allowing
themachine to overheat may pose afire hazard.
