Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct and then save it for
future reference. Wereserve theright for any errors in text or images and any neces-

Safety
• Incorrect handling of this product could result in personal injury.
• Theproduct should always be disconnected from
themains when it is not in use, when it is to be assembled/
disassembled and when it is to be cleaned.
• Theproduct may be used by children of 8 years and above and
by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capability
or lack of experience and knowledge provided they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of theproduct
in asafe way and understand thehazards involved.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
• Keep theproduct and its mains lead out of reach of children
under theage of 8.
• Switch theproduct off and disconnect it from themains before
changing any accessories or handling any of themovingparts.
• Never let children play with theproduct.
• Ensure that theproduct is used with thecorrect voltage.

• Never use theproduct for anything other than its intendeduse.
• Only use thesupplied parts and/or accessories.
• Theproduct should only be used and stored indoors.
• Never use theproduct close to heat sources.
• Always disconnect theproduct from thepower supply by

• Never lay themains lead over hot surfaces, sharp edges

• To prevent electric shocks, theproduct and its mains lead

• Make sure that all parts are correctly assembled and that
theproduct is switched off before it is connected to thepower
supply.
• Themains lead should be checked regularly. Neveruse
theproduct if themains lead or plug is damaged. Themains
lead must be changed if damaged. Thisis to prevent therisk
of electric shock or fire and should only be carried out by
themanufacturer, qualified service facility or qualified technician.
• The product is only intended for normal domestic use and only
in the manner described in this instruction manual and in similar
environments such as in canteens, offices, hotels and hostels.

Instructions for use
Important
• Wash thewhisks and dough hooks before using them for thefirsttime. Theyare
dishwashersafe.
• Never whisk for longer than 5 minutes at atime.
• Theholes for thedough hooks have different sizes so thehooks only fit on oneway.
1. Make sure theproduct is unplugged from thewall socket and thespeed selector is
set to .0
2. Insert thewhisks/dough hooks into theholes on themotorunit. Theyare properly
inserted when aclick sound isheard.
3. Plug themains lead into awall socket.
4. Lower thewhisks into thefood which is to be whisked before switching thehand
mixeron.
5. Choose anappropriate speed – using thespeed selector (6). Youcan use 1 5
theturbo button (5) on any speed setting to increase thespeed somewhat.
6. Set thespeed selector to when you have finished mixing.0
7. Unplug themains lead from thewall socket.
8. Press therelease button (3) to remove thewhisks/doughhooks.
Care and maintenance
• Always unplug theproduct from thewall socket before cleaning.
• Wash thewhisks and dough hooks afteruse. Theyare dishwashersafe.
• Themotor unit must not be immersed in water – clean it by wiping with adampcloth.
• Store thehand mixer in adry, dust-free environment out of children’s reach
whenever it is not to be used for alongtime.
