OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance is intended for household use.
Use on Alternating Current (60 hertz) only. This
unit is designed to be operated at 120V AC.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other). As a safety feature, this
plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If
the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this
safety feature.
NOTE: Do not use this styling appliance on
hair extensions.
IMPORTANT OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Before plugging in your curling iron, be sure
to attached and lock a barrel into place. An
error message will appear on the display
screen if the handle is plugged in without
an attachment.

HOW TO CHANGE ATTACHMENTS
1. Make sure appliance is cool.
2. Turn locking dial to the right to unlock
attachment on handle.
3. Pull attachment straight off the handle.
STYLING TIPS
Hair should be clean and completely dry before
using the styler. For best results, use a light
styling product before blow-drying hair.

4. Push new attachment into power handle.
Counter rest should be flush against locking
dial and face downward.
5. Turn locking dial to the left to secure
attachment in place.
GETTING STARTED
Select and lock your desired attachment in
place. Plug the styler cord into any household
outlet (120V). "OFF" will be illuminated on the
LED display. Press and hold ON/OFF button for
1–2 seconds to turn on the unit. Press the ON/
OFF button repeatedly to select your desired
temperature. Once the temperature has stopped
blinking on the LED screen, the unit is ready to
use. Press and hold ON/OFF button for 1–2
seconds again to power off the unit.
IMPORTANT! Immediately after turning the
appliance on, you are able to adjust the
temperature. After 5 seconds, the ON/OFF button
will automatically lock. To adjust the
temperature setting, quickly press ON/OFF
button twice to unlock the ON/OFF button. This
will deactivate the lock mode and allow the
setting to be changed. To turn off the appliance
while in lock mode, hold down the ON/OFF
button until the appliance switches off.
WARNING: The iron’s attachment will get
very hot within a few seconds and should
not come into contact with the skin after
the iron has been turned on.
NOTE: Never leave your iron on and
unattended. However, should you fail
to turn the iron off, it will shut itself off
automatically within 60 minutes.
Always wait for the appliance to cool
down before switching attachments.

CÓMO CAMBIAR
LOS ACCESORIOS

USER MAINTENANCE
Your appliance is virtually maintenance free.
No lubrication is needed. Keep all vents and
openings clear of dirt and dust. If cleaning
becomes necessary, disconnect the unit from
the power source, allow to cool, and wipe
exterior with a cloth. If any abnormal condition
occurs, unplug the unit, allow it to cool, and
return it for repair to an authorized service
center only. No repairs should be attempted by
the consumer.
CAUTION
NEVER allow the power-supply cord to be pulled,
twisted, or severely bent. Never wrap the cord
tightly around the appliance. Damage will occur
at the high flex point of entry into the appliance,
causing the cord to rupture and short circuit.
Inspect the cord frequently for damage. Stop use
immediately if damage is visible or if unit stops
or operates intermittently.
STORAGE
When not in use, your appliance is easy to store.
Allow appliance to cool, then simply store out of
reach of children in a safe, dry location. Do not

Subject to the exclusions and limitations contained herein,
Conair LLC (“Conair”) warrants that the Conair® Style
Chemistry will be free from material defects in materials and
workmanship under normal home use conditions for a period
of TWO (2) years beginning on the date the Product was
purchased in its original, sealed packaging, unless otherwise
specified in this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is
only for U.S. consumers (defined herein as purchasers at retail
for personal, family, or household use) who originally purchase
the Product from Conair or an authorized Conair® reseller (if
you are unsure whether a retailer or other point of sale is an
authorized or unauthorized Conair reseller, contact Conair).
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover:
• Normal wear and tear;
• Any Product purchased by commercial purchasers or for
commercial or non-household uses;
• Accessories, parts, or software added to the Product after

• Any costs associated with the replacement or repair of the
Product, including labor, installation, or other costs incurred

HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY
If the Product that is the subject of this Limited Warranty fails
during the warranty period for reasons covered by this Limited
Warranty, Conair will, at its option, repair the Product, replace
the Product with another identical or reasonably equivalent
product, or if Conair is unable to repair or replace the Product,
refund the purchase price, less the amount directly
attributable to the consumer’s prior usage of the Product. To

call our Consumer Service Center toll-free at 1-800-3-CONAIR
to speak with a representative.
Upon receipt of the Product, Conair will inspect the Product
and, if required under this Limited Warranty, attempt to repair,
replace, or refund the Product within thirty (30) days. However,
there may be delays beyond Conair’s control, in which case
that time period may be extended as reasonably necessary.
IMPORTANT: If the nonconforming Product is to be serviced
by someone other than Conair’s Authorized Service Center,
please remind the servicer to call our Consumer Service
Center at 1-800-3-CONAIR to ensure that the problem is
properly diagnosed, the Product is serviced with the correct
parts, and the product is still under warranty.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY
The TWO (2) year Limited Warranty period begins on the date
the Product was delivered, which may be different than the
date the Product was purchased. California residents also
have the option of obtaining the benefits of this Limited
Warranty by bringing the Product to (A) the store where it was
purchased or (B) another retail store that sells Conair products
of the same type. The retail store shall then, according to its

INSTRUCCIONES
DE MANTENIMIENTO
Este aparato requiere poco mantenimiento.
No requiere lubricación. Mantenga todos los
orificios de ventilación y aberturas libres de polvos
y pelusas. Cuando sea necesario limpiarlo,
desenchúfelo, deje que se enfríe y limpie el
exterior con un paño limpio. En caso de mal
funcionamiento, desenchufe el aparato, deje que
se enfríe y devuélvalo a un centro de servicio
autorizado. No intente repararlo.
PRECAUCIÓN
NUNCA jale, retuerza ni doble mucho el cable.
Nunca lo enrolle con fuerza alrededor del aparato;
esto puede dañar la junta flexible que lo conecta al
aparato, produciendo su rotura o un cortocircuito.
Revise el cable a menudo para comprobar que no
esté dañado. Interrumpa inmediatamente el uso si
el cable está visiblemente dañado o si el producto
deja de funcionar, o funciona de forma
intermitente.
ALMACENAMIENTO
Cuando no esté en uso, este aparato es fácil de
almacenar. Deje que se enfríe y guárdelo en un
lugar seco y seguro, fuera del alcance de los
niños. No tironee ni retuerza el cable al nivel del
enchufe. No enrolle el cable alrededor del aparato.
Deje que el cable cuelgue, o que la junta que lo
conecta al aparato esté suelta y recta.

(Conair® Style Chemistry) estará libre de defectos de
materiales y fabricación en condiciones normales de uso
doméstico durante un periodo de DOS (2) años a partir de la

a menos que se especifique lo contrario en esta Garantía
Limitada. Esta Garantía Limitada es solo para consumidores

menor para uso personal, familiar o doméstico) que compren
originalmente el Producto a Conair® o a un revendedor
autorizado de Conair. Si no está seguro de si un minorista u
otro punto de venta es un revendedor autorizado de Conair,
póngase en contacto con Conair.
Esta Garantía Limitada NO cubre:
• El desgaste normal;
• Cualquier Producto adquirido por compradores comerciales
o para usos comerciales o no domésticos;
• Accesorios, piezas o programas añadidos al Producto
después de que Conair haya enviado el Producto.

Si el Producto objeto de esta Garantía Limitada falla durante el
período de garantía por razones cubiertas por esta Garantía
Limitada, Conair, a su elección, reparará el Producto, sustituirá
el Producto por otro idéntico o razonablemente equivalente, o
si Conair no puede reparar o sustituir el Producto, reembolsará
al consumidor el precio de compra, menos la cantidad
directamente atribuible al uso anterior del Producto por parte

Conair inspeccionará el Producto y, si lo requiere esta Garantía
Limitada, intentará reparar, reemplazar o reembolsar el
Producto en un plazo de treinta (30) días. No obstante, pueden
producirse retrasos fuera del control de Conair, en cuyo caso
dicho plazo podrá ampliarse en la medida en que sea

El período de Garantía Limitada de dos años comienza en la
