EHX Volume
Congratulations on your purchase of the X Volume pedal. The volume EH
pedal enables you to use your f t to expressively control the volume of your oo
guitar, bass, keyboard, or other musical instrument leaving your hands free
to play the instrument. The rugged yet lightweight design includes — —
selectable input impedance making this one of the most universally
compatible volume pedals available today.
- CONTROLS I/O JACKS - ,
INPUT Jack –Plug a standard instrument cable with TS plug into this 1/4”
jack. Connect the other end of the cable to your guitar, bass, another effects
pedal, keyboard, or other instrument.
OUTPUT Jack –Plug a standard instrument cable with TS plug into 1/4”
this jack. Connect the other end of the cable to your amp, other effects
pedals, or other device such as a mixing console or recording interface. an
HI-Z/LO-Z Button –This button allows you to select the impedance of the
Volume pedal from LO- -Z. The impedances present for each setting Z to HI ed
are the following:
LO- Z = 25kΩ
HI- Z = 250kΩ
We recommend the HI-Z, or setting, for most guitar and bass signals. The in
LO-Z, or position, is best suited for keyboards and other electronic out
musical instruments as well as line level signals.
Foot Pedal –As you sweep the foot pedal from heel to toe the volume of
the signal increases from minimum to maximum. The output signal is muted
in the heel position.
- WARRANTY INFORMATION -
Please register online at http://www.ehx.com/product-registration or
complete and return the enclosed warranty card within 10 days of purchase.
Electro-Harmonix will repair or replace, at its discretion, a product that fails to
operate due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year
from date of purchase. This applies only to original purchasers who have
bought their product from an authorized Electro-Harmonix retailer. Repaired
or replaced units will then be warranted for the unexpired portion of the
original warranty term.
If you should need to return your unit for service within the warranty period,
please contact the appropriate office listed below. Customers outside the
regions listed below, please contact EHX Customer Service for information on
warranty repairs at info@ehx.com or +1-718-937-8300. USA and Canadian
customers: please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from EHX
Customer Service before returning your product. Include with your returned
unit a written description of the problem as well as your name, address,
telephone number, e-mail address, RA# and a copy of your receipt clearly
showing the purchase date.
