use and save this manual for future use. Passing certain procedures may result in incorrect reading. We
hope that you will enjoy using your new FlinQ product!

Introduction:
Compact, rugged and easy to use. Just aim and press the button, then read current body, front head
and surface temperatures in less than a second. Suitable for adults and children to use. Safely measure
surface temperatures of hot, hazardous or hard-to-reach objects without contact.
• Contactless, measuring distance: 2cm-8cm.
• User friendly: easy 1 button operation.
• Backlight and alarm: green, yellow and red backlight warnings
• Indicates no fever, mild fever and high fever with “beep” alarm.
• Memory: 20 sets measurement data storage for better analysis.
• Parameters setting can be adjusted
Safety precaution:
• Keep away from children below 12 years, THIS IS NOT A TOY!
• Do not use into the eardrum!
• Consult a doctor when needed and at all times.
• Do not use the thermometer beyond its designed using scope.
• Keep the thermometer dry, use and clean it according to the instruction of “ Maintenance and
storage”.
• Keep the thermometer away from direct sunlight, dust and dirt，store it within temperature
10℃～40℃, humidity below 85%.
• Do not touch the probe lens.
• Clean front head or object before measuring to make sure precise measurement.
• Do not drop, open or repair the thermometer.
• Keep away from a electrostatic and electromagnetic field.
• Take out battery if do not use thermometer for long time.
• Do not use the thermometer if there are signs of damages on the sensor or on the
thermometer itself.
• Do not drop the thermometer, that will exclude all warranty requests.
• Clean the thermometer after each use.
• Do not use the thermometer on new born babies
• Only take measurements while not eating, drinking, or being active!

Please do not use this product in an environment above 50°C or below 0°C.
•
Please keep the product away from electrified objects to avoid electric shocks.
•
Do not use the product in environments with relative humidity greater than 85%.
• Please do not put this product too close to the electromagnetic range. (radio, cell
phone and more)

Please do not expose the product in the sun, or near the stove, and do not get into
contact with water. Please do not hi t or drop this product. If it is damaged, please
do not use it.
• Sweat on the front head, hair, hats or scarfs can all affect the accuracy of the
measurement.
• Be sure to measure within 8 cm.

How it works
This infrared thermometer measures the surface temperature of any body or object. The unit’s
optics sense emitted, reflected, and transmitted energy which is collected and focused onto a
detector. The unit’s electronics read transmitted energy and display the temperature on the
screen. For increased ease and accuracy the pointer makes aiming even more precise.
The
temperature will be different according to the difference of human skin. The temperature
of the body varies with the position of the body, because the more exposed the body is, the
more it will be influenced by the ambient temperature.
