MONTAGE VAN DE QUICK F-CONNECTOR (QFC 5)

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUICK F CONNECTOR (QFC 5)

1) Strip de coaxkabel: links 10 mm; rechts 10 mm

Strip the coax cable; left 10 mm; right 10 mm

3) De folie is verwijderd en de braiding* is zichtbaar.

The foil is removed and the braiding* is visible.

5) Plaats de connectorkap over de coaxkabel.

Slide the connector cap onto the coaxial cable.

7) Druk de connector tot aan de braiding. Hierbij schuift de

huls van de connector onder de mantel van de kabel.

Press connector on coax till braiding. During this process

the sleeve of the connector slides under the cable sheath.

9) Draai de connectorkap op de connector tot een voelbare ‘klik’.

Twist and push the cap onto the connector until you feel a click.

10) De 4G (LTE)-proof aansluitkabel is klaar voor gebruik.

The 4G (LTE)-proof connection cable is now ready to use.

* Braiding KOKA 9 TS: De braiding is een vlechtwerk van dun koperdraad en heeft een dichtheid van 80%. Deze braiding zorgt, samen

met de overige lagen bescherming, voor een optimale afscherming tegen 4G-signalen. 4G (LTE)-signalen kunnen invloed hebben op de

kwaliteitsweergave van bepaalde televisiezenders.

protects the cable against 4G signals. 4G signals can affect the quality of certain television channels.

De KOKA 9 TS coaxkabel is te herkennen aan het blauwe diëlektricum. Dit is de beschermingslaag tussen de koperen kern en de braiding.

2) Verwijder de eerste laag: de folie.

Remove the first layer: the foil.

4) Vouw de braiding terug.

Fold back the braiding.

6) Plaats de connector over het gestripte deel van de coaxkabel.

Position the connector onto the exposed part of the coaxial cable.

8) Draai de connectorkap enkele slagen naar rechts

(de braiding positioneert zich).

Twist the cap clockwise several times (the braiding evens out).
