GUIDE TO THE USAGE OF THE CM700 PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTATS:

The purpose of the unit is to control the temperature of your heating system at times set by you. It

responds to the temperature you have set all the time. The display normally shows the time and the

actual room temperature (larger characters).

At any time the current set temperature can be viewed by pressing the ‘i’ button.

Normal Use:

With the cover ﬂap open, press the AUTO button

(AUTO appears on the display). The thermostat will

follow the pre programmed time/temperature changes

(refer to the main instructions for guidance on setting

these).

To change the set temperature at any time press

button to increase or button to decrease the

temperature. These are accessible with the ﬂap open

or closed. The set temperature will be shown on the

display.

At the next programmed time/temperature change it

will revert to your preset temperature.

Manual Override:

To override the time settings press the MAN button

(MAN will appear on the display). This will set a

constant temperature 24hrs a day, until reset or

changed by you.

To change the set temperature at any time press

button to increase or button to decrease the

temperature.

Turn the Heating off:

To turn off the heating for long periods, for example in

the summer time when only Hot Water is needed, press

the OFF button (OFF will appear on the display).

This will set a temperature level of 5°C to prevent frost

damage to your property.

supplied with the product.
