A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Caution: indicated Please make sure you have all parts below prior to assembly.
This bed is heavy and can best be assembled with the help of two or more people.
Assembly instruction for Headboard :
Please note the height of the HB is adjustable It can be adjust. ed to either 59 67 ” or ” high.
1. Place the headboard panel face down on a soft surface to prevent it from scratching.
2. If you desire the overall height to be stick the bottom headboard post (Y) into 59” H, the headboard
panel(X) to the very end and measure the open space from bottom of post to bottom of headboard
panel to be 17 align holes at back between each other and secure by using bolts(S), ” high. hen,T
lock washers (J) and tighten them securely with (O), flat washers Allen Wrench (M).
see DIAGRAM 1
3. please adjust If you want 67” H, the bottom post (Y) and make sure the open space to be 25” . high
Repeat the steps of securing bolts as above . see DIAGRAM 2.

Assembly instruction for whole bed :
1. Please note the hardware bag to assemble side rail to HB&FB is in the box of side rails.

1. Insert 2 bolts (H) into holes of each side post on Headboard (A) and Footboard (B), attach the ends of side
r s ail (C) to bolts (H) on posts by using 2 curved washers (G) and 2 nuts (E), tighten nuts (E) securely with
sp 4) anner wrench (F). (See diagram

2. Take out center supports (L) from the rail box, attach center supports (L) to slats (D) by using 2 bolts (Q),
2 lock washers (V) and 2 flat washers (U). Secure bolts (Q) by using rench (R). (See diagram allen w 6)

3. Attach s - lats (D) to side rails (C), align pre drilled holes on the slats to holes on the cleats of side ail (C) r s ,
using crew ee s s (K ) to tighten both. (S d iagram 3)

Note: You can change the height of s by adjusting the height of cleat on side rail as shown in diagram 4. lats s
Remove bolts (I), lock washers (O) and flat washers (J) from the cleats by turning the bolts (I) with allen
wrench (M) in anti clockwise direction. Adjust the cleat to a desired , and then secure lock - s position
washers, flat washers s , bolt in clockwise direction by turning with allen wrench.
