DO NOT aempt to repair the walker yourself.
Call the store where the walker was purchased. Most stores do repairs and
will re-order parts for you. If your supplier is unable to assist you, please

USER MANUAL
WARNINGS: READ CAREFULLY
Be sure brake is locked before
sing on seat.
DO NOT use on stairs or escalators.
Only use this product on even
surfaces clear of obstrucons.
DO NOT use brake handles when
sing and standing. Use upper
handgrip only to stabilize your
body.
DO NOT squeeze brake connu-
ously while walking as this will
cause premature wear to the
brake pad and re.
DO NOT rest anything on backstrap
as damage may occur.
DO NOT lean on one side of
the walker when sing down.
Distribute weight evenly to
prevent the walker from pping
over.
Touch the back of your legs to seat
before sing.
DO NOT exceed weight capacity!

DO NOT put anything on your folded
walker as this will cause damage to
the frame, plasc parts, etc.
DO NOT leave your walker
unaended. Anyme the walker
has been out of view (eg. placed
in vehicle, etc.) inspect the walker
completely for any signs of damage
before use.
IMPORTANT!
Failure to adhere to warnings can lead to serious injury or
death. Read and understand all warnings prior to using
this product.
CAUTION!
This product must always be inspected prior to use for
any signs of wear or damage. DO NOT use this product
if it is missing any components or is damaged in any way.
DO NOT use as a wheelchair/ transport
chair. The walker has not been designed
for this purpose.
If the walker has been stored in any
type of transportaon, such as a plane,
train, boat, bus, car, etc. you run the
risk of damage to the walker and to any
of its components. Please inspect very
carefully before usage.
