IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instruction carefully.
2. Before using the unit, check if the voltage indicated in this unit corresponds with the convenience
outlet (230Va.c.).
3. Do not use two-way socket with another appliance.
4. Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged it should be replaced
with the same type and size or bring the unit to the nearest authorized Imarex service center
5. Do not place the unit near a gas stove, an electric burner or in a heated oven.
6. Place the unit on a stable surface; keep it away from the edge of the counter to avoid accidents.
7. In case of malfunctions, please bring the appliances to nearest Imarex Customer Service Center.
8. The power cord must be closely plugged into the outlet. Do not plug into multi-sockets with other
appliances.
9. The appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliances by the person responsible for their safety.
10. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliances.
11. For protection against electric shock, do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquid.
12. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.
13. Not intended for outdoor use.
14. Do not exceed above the maximum capacity (50 cups).
15. Keep curtains, furniture, ammable materials, etc. away from the appliances.
16. Do not place on or near gas stove or electric stove.
17. Use the Rice Warmer only with the supplied inner pot. Do not use the inner pot for other purpose.
18. Carry or move the rice warmer only by its handle.
19. Avoid water spillage into the socket, connector, cord and alike.
20. Do not use the Inner pot on direct re.
21. Do not allow cord to touch hot surface of the Rice Cooker.
22. Do not loop the cord around the Rice Warmer after use.
23. Keep the Rice Warmer in a dry and cool place.
24. Do not use this unit other than its intended use.
25. Save this instruction manual for future reference.
DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:
HOW TO USE:
1. Plug the unit into the convenience outlet (230Va.c.).
2. Put the cooked rice into the inner pot and close the lid until it locks.
3. Always unplug the unit after every use.
HOW TO REMOVE THE DEW COLLECTOR:
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Make sure that the unit temperature cools down before cleaning. Do
not clean when it is still hot.
2. To protect from electrical hazards, do not immerse the unit and electric cord in water.
3. Inner pot, dew collector, and spatula are washable with soap and water.
4. Keep the bottom part of the inner pot and heater plate clean.
5. Wipe the body with damp clot h.
6. Do not immerse the unit in water or in any other liquid
7. Always keep the bottom of the inner pot and heater plate clean.
8. The inner pot of this unit is TEFLEX coated to avoid scratches do not use abrasive materials and use only the
supplied spatula.
9. Grains of rice or residues may adhere to the heater plate. Make sure that the heater plate is free from residues.
