1. INTRODUCTION

This manual refers to the installation, use and maintenance of the AK/14 and AK/14
EXTRA Johny ice crusher. They are made for professional use in coee shops, hotels and
restaurants for the conversion of ice cubes into crushed ice. The AK/14 AK/14 EXTRA and
Johny ice crusher can process all types of ice cubes usually produced by most ice-cube ma-
chines or freezers (solid, square, tubular, hollow, etc). Their reliable systems will fully meet
your needs for many years.
