Lees deze aanwijzingen zorgvuldig door voor gebruik en bewaar ze om later nog eens te kunnen raad-
plegen. Sluit dit apparaat uitsluitend aan op een geaard stopcontact.
Verwijder voor het eerste gebruik het verpakkingsmateriaal en was de accessoires en de binnenpan af in
warm water. Droog ze voor gebruik goed af. Zorg dat de elektrische onderdelen droog blijven.

BEDIENING VAN DE FRITEUSE
- Schakel de friteuse nooit in zonder olie, anders raakt het apparaat defect. Doe ook geen andere vloei-
stoffen in de pan, zoals water.
- Plaats de friteuse op een droge, stabiele ondergrond. Omdat de friteuse warm wordt tijdens het
gebruik, dient u ervoor te zorgen dat deze niet te dicht bij andere voorwerpen staat.
- Open het deksel van de friteuse.
- Vul het apparaat met de gewenste hoeveelheid olie. Let goed op dat het apparaat minstens gevuld is
tot het minimumniveau en niet hoger dan het maximumniveau, zoals is aangegeven aan de binnenzijde
van het apparaat. Voor het beste resultaat is het af te raden verschillende soorten olie door elkaar te
gebruiken.
- Kies de geschikte temperatuur voor datgene wat u wilt frituren. Raadpleeg hiervoor de temperatuurtabel.
Verwarm het apparaat ten minste 15 minuten voor.
- Gebruik de handgreep om het mandje in de friteuse te plaatsen.
- Plaats het te frituren voedsel in het mandje. Voor het beste resultaat dient u het voedsel droog in het
mandje te doen.
- Dompel het mandje langzaam onder om sterk opborrelen te voorkomen.
- Als het indicatielampje uitgaat, is de ingestelde temperatuur bereikt. Wacht altijd tot de ingestelde
temperatuur bereikt is. Om de olie op de ingestelde temperatuur te houden klikt de thermostaat steeds
aan en uit. Hierdoor gaat ook het indicatielampje aan en uit.
- Haal het mandje weer omhoog als de frituurtijd is verstreken.
- Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
- Spoel het mandje na gebruik om en droog het grondig af.
- Als de friteuse goed is afgekoeld, kunt u het mandje terugplaatsen. Berg uw friteuse met gesloten
deksel op een droge en donkere plaats op. De olie en het mandje kunt u in de friteuse laten.
FRITUURTIPS
- Gebruik maximaal 600 gram verse frites per bakbeurt.
- Als u frites van verse aardappelen gebruikt: droog de frites na het wassen zodat er geen water in de
olie komt.
- Fituur verse frites in twee rondes: Eerst gedurende 5 tot 10 minuten voorbakken op 160 graden. Dan
gedurende 2 tot 4 minuten afbakken op 180 graden. Laat de frites uitdruipen.
- Bij diepvriesproducten maximaal 200 gram gebruiken i.v.m. de sterke afkoeling van de olie.
Diepvriesproducten boven de gootsteen uitschudden om overtollig ijs te verwijderen.
- Bij diepvriesfrites maximaal 400 gram gebruiken i.v.m. de sterke afkoeling van de olie. Verwarm deze
friteuse voor op 190 °C gedurende ten minste 15 minuten. In die tijd gaat het lampje steeds aan en
uit. Dat is normaal. Frituur bevroren frites vervolgens gedurende 8 tot 12 minuten.
