VOOR HET GEBRUIK
Deze gebruiksaanwijzing eerst volledig doorlezen en bewaren om later nog eens te kunnen
raadplegen. Sluit dit apparaat alleen op een geaard stopcontact aan.
Verwijder voor het eerste gebruik het verpakkingsmateriaal en was de accessoires en de binnen-
pan af in warm water. Droog deze goed voor gebruik. Zorg dat de elektrische delen droog blijven.
De Round Plus friteuse is voorzien van een regelbare thermostaat, een indicatielampje en een
anti-reukfilter. Deze friteuse is geschikt voor gebruik met olie, vet of vloeibaar vet.
BEDIENING VAN DE FRITEUSE
- Schakel de friteuse nooit in zonder olie of vet anders zal het apparaat defect raken. Doe ook
geen andere (vloei-)stoffen, zoals water in de pan.
- Plaats de friteuse op een droog en stevig oppervlak.
Omdat de friteuse warm wordt tijdens het gebruik, dient u ervoor te zorgen dat deze niet te
dicht bij andere voorwerpen staat.
- Neem het deksel van de friteuse.
- Vul het apparaat met de gewenste hoeveelheid olie of vet. Let goed op dat het minstens
gevuld is tot het minimum niveau en niet hoger dan het maximum niveau, zoals is aangegeven
aan de binnenzijde van het apparaat. Voor het verkrijgen van het beste resultaat is het af te
raden verschillende soorten olie door elkaar te gebruiken.
- Kies de geschikte temperatuur voor datgene wat u wilt frituren. Raadpleeg hiervoor de
temperatuurtabel.
- Gebruik de handgreep om het mandje in de friteuse te plaatsen.
- Plaats het te frituren voedsel in het mandje.
Voor het beste resultaat dient u het voedsel droog in het mandje te doen.
- Dompel het mandje langzaam onder om sterk opborrelen te voorkomen.
- Als het indicatielampje uit gaat is de ingestelde temperatuur bereikt. Wacht altijd tot de
ingestelde temperatuur bereikt is. Om de olie op de ingestelde temperatuur te houden klikt de
thermostaat steeds aan en uit. Hierdoor gaat ook het indicatielampje aan en uit.
- Haal het mandje weer omhoog als de frituurtijd is verstreken en hang het aan de haak in de
pan zodat de olie of vet eruit kan lekken.
- Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
- Spoel het mandje na gebruik om en droog dit grondig af.
- Als de friteuse goed is afgekoeld, kunt u het mandje terugplaatsen en het apparaat opbergen.
Berg uw friteuse met gesloten deksel op een droge en donkere plaats op. De olie of vet en het
mandje kunt u hierbij in de friteuse laten.
FRITUURTIPS
• Gebruik maximaal 200 gram frites per liter olie.
• Bij diepvriesproducten maximaal 100 gram gebruiken i.v.m de sterke afkoeling.
Diepvriesproducten boven de gootsteen uitschudden om overtollig ijs te verwijderen.
• Wanneer frites van verse aardappelen gebruikt wordt: droog de frites na het wassen zodat
er geen water in de olie komt.
• Bak de frieten in 2 beurten. Eerste bakbeurt (voorbakken) 5 tot 10 minuten op 170 graden.
Tweede bakbeurt (afbakken) 2 tot 4 minuten op 190 graden. Goed laten uitdruipen.
