1、Overview
The instrument is Portable Building Elect ronic Thermometer is a
pr of es si on a l tem pe r at u re mea s ur i n g in str u me nt de v el op ed
accordin g to the con struction characterist ics of my country's
construction industry and relevant technical specifications. It can
displaythemeasuredtemperatureintuitively,accuratelyandquickly,
with good reliability, wide range of use and applications. Warm
operating environment, small size and light weight, easy to carry,
suitable for constr ucti on sites and field operations; mainly used fo r
const ructi on, bui lding materials,w ater conservancy, electricp ower,
metallurgy, pe trochemical, po rts, ro ads an d bridges, municipal and
otherbasicconst ructionprojects.
2、ScopeOfApplication
The instrument is suitable for on-site construction temperature
measurement of various construction projects. It can be used with
temperature measurement probes to measure the temperature of
materialsandclinker,suchas:gas,liquid,fluid,mixtureandgranular
materials; a nd embedded te mperature me asurement line. I t can be
used to measure the internal temperature of winter construction
concreteandmassconcrete.

suitableformeasuringthetemperatureofmaterialsandclinker.

MainTester
The instrument is suitable for on-site construction temperature
measurement o f var ious co nstruction projects. It can b e used with
temperature measurement probes to measure the temperature of
materialsandclinker,suchas:gas,liquid,fluid,mixtureandgranular
materials; and embedd ed tempe raturemeasurement line. I t can be
used to measure the internal temperature of winter construction

Theembeddedtemperaturemeasuringlineismadeofaplug,awire
and a temperature sensor, which is suitable for measuring the
internal temperature of t he concrete. Each temperature m easu rin g
linecanmeasurethetemperatureatonepoint,andt hetemperature
measuringpointcanbearrangedarbitrarilyduringtheconstruction.
In o rder to fa cilitate layered te mpe raturemeasurement,the plugof
each temperature measurement cable has a label affixed with a
correspondinglengt hspecification.

Inserttheplugofthetemperatureprobeintothesocketofthehost,
pressthepowerswitch,andinsertthemetalclawofthetemperature
probeintotheobjecttobemeasured,theinsertiondepthisnotless
than1/2ofitslength,andthetemperaturedataisreadonthehostin
abouttwominutes.Whenmeasuringthetemperatureofthemixt ure,
in order to a void ex cessive impact betw een the t empe rature probe
andthehardobjectsinthemixtureandaffecttheservicelife,ametal
rod can be used to reserve a hole in the mixture, and then the
temperature probe can be inserted into the hole Temperature
measurement. Th e tempe rature probe should be wiped cle an aft er
eachuse.

measurement point depth is 0.2m~0.3m, and the 0.5m temperature
m e a s u r e m e n t l i n e c a n b e s e l e c t e d ; th e a c t u a l t e m p e r a t u r e
measurement The point depth is 2.5m~2.8m, and the temperature
measurement line with a specification of 3m can be selected, and so
on. When pre-embedded, steel bars and other pieces can be used as
supports, and the temperature measurement line is tied to the support
according to the distance of the longitudinal temperature measurement
point. The temperature sensor and the support should be insulated.
When pouring the concrete, implant the support with the temperature
measuring wire into the concrete, the temperature sensor is at the
temperature measuring point, and the plug is left outside of the
concrete and covered with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and keep it
clean. For ease of operation, the length of the wire left outside should
be greater than 20cm. When measuring the temperature, press the
power switch of the main unit and insert the plug of the temperature
measurement line into the socket of the main unit, and the temperature
of the corresponding temperature measurement point can be displayed
on the main unit's display screen.
When pouring concrete, reserve temperature measurement holes
according to the winter construction temperature measurement
plan,placeatemperaturemeasurementwireineachhole,andleave
theplugof thetemperaturemeasurementwireoutsidethe holeand
coveritwithaplastic bagtoavoid moistureandkeepit clean.When
measuringthe temperature,pressthepowerswitchofthemainunit
and insert the plug of the temperature measurement line into the
socket of the main unit, and the temperature of thecorresponding
temperaturemeasurementpointcanbedisplayedonthemainunit's
display screen. After each stage of temperature measurement, the
temperature measurement line will be stored for future use. The
temperature measuring line can also be buried in the concrete for
one-timeuse.

Whenusedatnightorinadarkenvironment,pressthehostbacklight
switch, the LCD screen canemit blue background light, making the
readingclearandeye-catching.Pressthelightswitch,thelightturns
on,whichisequivalenttoaflashlight.
WhenLOBATappearsintheupperleftcornerofthedisplayofthehost
or cannot be turned on normally, it is usuallycaused by insufficient
batteryvoltage,andanewbatter yneedstobereplaced.Themethod
is as follows:Openthe batterycompartment coverbehind the main
unit,takeouttheoldbatteryfrom the batterycompartment, buckle
the new batter y,andthenrestore the batterycompartmentcover to
itsoriginalposition.
7、Batteryreplacement
When the host is not connected to the temperature measuring
probe or the temperaturemeasuringline, "-1"isdisplayedonthe
displayasthepreparationstate.
2Do notuseexcessive forceduring operation. Holdthe plug firmly
wheninsertingorunpluggingthepluginto oroutof the socketof
thehost.
3Iftheplugorthesocketofthemainunitgetswetduetoaccidental
ingressof water,please wipe it anddry itbeforeusing itto avoid
inaccuratetemperaturemeasurementresults.
4The instrument should be turned off in time after use, and the
batteryshould be removed whenit isnotusedfor a long timeto
avoiddamagetotheinstrument.
5Do not open the back coverof the mainunit by yourself. Please
send it back to the manufacturer or agency when you need to
repairorcalibrateit.
