Read all safety instruction before operating the amplifiers.
1. Install equipment as follow condition:
- Install at flat place, not bending curved.
- Do not install near the water and moisture.
- Locate power amplifier away from heat source, such as
radiators or other device that produce heat.
- Do not drop objects or spill liquids into the inside of
amplifier.
2. Keep in mind the following when connecting amplifier.
- Connect the amplifier after reading of O/P manuals.
- Connect each connection of amplifier perfectly,if not,
it maybe caused hum, damage, electric shock in case of
misconnecting.
- To prevent electric shock, do not open top cover.
- Connect the power cord with safety after check of AC
power.
General use
VLA-120 C,VLA-240 C have been designed to ensure
durable performance and reliable operation of sound
systems.It is best suited for call and message transmis-
sion installations with alert systems, music in industrial
enterprises, offices, congregation halls and sport centers,
schools, churches, hospitals, super-market, and other si-
milar occasions.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Vor Inbetriebnahme des Verstärkers bitten wir sie die
Sicherheitshinweise aufmerksam zu lesen.
1. Installation nach folgenden Richtlinien:
- Stellen sie den Verstärker immer auf eine ebene und
stabile Unterfläche.
- Wählen sie eine trockene Umgebung und stellen sie keine
Flüssigkeiten auf den Verstärker.
- Vermeiden sie die Nähe von Heizungen und anderen
Hitzequellen.
2. Beachten sie folgendes, wenn sie den Verstärker an-
schließen.
- Lesen sie zuerst die Betriebsanleitung
- Öffnen sie niemals das Gehäuse des Verstärkers ohne
den Netzstecker zu ziehen.
- Schließen sie das Gerät nur an 230 V Netzspannung oder
24 V/DC Notstromversorgung.
Allgemeines
Die Verstärker VLA-120 C/VLA-240 C wurden speziell für
den dauerhaften Betrieb von Sound Systemen entwickelt.
Sie sind bestens geeignet für die Beschallung von Sport-
hallen, Kirchen, Supermärkten, Krankenhäusern, Schulen,
Kongresshallen und ähnlichen Einrichtungen.
Zusammen mit den Mikrofonsprechstellen VLM-100, VLM-
105 und VLM-205 sind sie noch vielseitiger einsetzbar.

MOUNTING
Amplifier racking size for VLA series are designed for
standard 19" rack mounting with additional left, right
bracket. Please pay close attention to the cooling re-
quirements.
COOLING
Never block the air vents in the sides and front of the
amplifier the following is figure of air-flow. Check inside
temperature of rack system so as not to be more than
40°C for the stable operating in any case, we recommend
you to install cooling fan additionally on the rear panel of
rack cabinet.
MONTAGE
Die Verstärker VLA- 120 C/VLA-240C sind mit seitlichen
Befestigungwinkeln für den Einbau in 19" Gestelle ge-
eignet. Achten sie aber darauf die Kühlungsöffnungen
nicht zu verdecken.
KÜHLUNG
Blockieren sie nie die Luftöffnungen an den Seiten und der
Vorderseite,um einen optimalen Kühlluftfluß zu gewähr-
leisten. Falls sie die Verstärker in ein 19"-Rack einbauen
und immer mit höchster Leistung arbeiten, sollte gegebe-
nenfalls in das Rack ebenfalls ein entsprechender Lüfter
eingebaut werden.
