IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Waterboilsatlowertemperaturesathighaltitudes.Forevery152
meters (500 feet) above sea level, the boiling point of water will be
0.5°C(1°F)lowerthantheboilingpointof100°C(212°F)atsealevel.
This Kettle has been calibrated to automatically shut-off when water
boils for approximately 30 – 40 seconds, regardless of the requested
temperature.
Thetemperaturesettingsbelowtheboiltemperatureof100°C(212°F)
will not be affected by high altitude.

To reduce the risk of electric shock this appliance has a grounded plug
(2bladesand1pin).Iftheplugdoesnottfullyintotheelectricaloutlet
