1. Install the PoE switch in a ventilated and dry place that is free of electromagnetic source, vibration, moisture, and dust.
2. Make sure the ventilation openings on the switch are not blocked.
3. Use CAT5 or 5e UTP/STP cables.
5. AC input (100~240V/AC, 50~60Hz), for a max. power consumption of 400W.

Quick Installation Guide
The AW-GEL-285A-380 is a 24 port 10/100/1000BaseT PoE switch capable of feeding 802.3bt 90W (port 1-4) lite managed
and 15.4W/30W (port 5-24) to Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices. It comes with 2x GbE UTP ports + 2x GbE SFP ports.
The switch is capable of a total of 380W power budget.

100M Green ON Port is transmitting and receiving data at the 100Mbps speed
Green ON Port is enabled and link established with a device at the 1000Mbps speed
Task Procedure
Press and hold the reset button10 ~ 15 seconds till all LEDs are off then releaseRestore factory defaults

Slow Blink: port is connected without data transmission

4. Make sure to use Cat. 6 AWG 23 or better UTP/STP cable when it’s longer than 100m.
Low quality cables will seriously limit the cabling distance.
The switch already comes with lightning protection mechanism.
You can also ground the switch through the PE (Protecting
Earth) cable of
AC cord or with Ground Cable.
