Welcome to the Wonderful World of Washi Tape!
This special printed paper tape first originated in Japan.
Because Washi Tape is fun, beautiful and so easy to use,
it has made its way into traditional crafts and now into
your kit!
You can tear it, stick it, reposition it, write on it. The low
tack adhesive makes it extremely easy to use and reuse.
As you craft, keep in mind that the tapes are some-
what see-through, so try layering the tapes to get
different effects.

The tapes are repositionable from most surfaces, but
check with an adult before applying them to any
surface you are not sure of.
Getting started
When you are finished, use
the carry case for your journal
and leftover tape.

• Wrap your pens and pencils

• Decorate a journal
Find a clean place to work so that you can decorate
your carrying case and journal included.
• With 8 different rolls of Washi Tape, you can cover
your case a little or a lot – it’s all up to you. Use care
when taping the sides and make sure the box can open
and close.
