1. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de eigenaar om
zich ervan te vergewissen dat alle gebruikers van
dit product voldoende op de hoogte zijn van alle
voorzorgsmaatregelen.
2. Raadpleeg uw huisarts voordat u met dit of enig
ander oefenprogramma begint. Dit is vooral belang-
rijk voor personen boven de 35 jaar, of personen met
bestaande gezondheidsproblemen.
3. Gebruik dit product alleen zoals beschreven in deze
handleiding.
4. Houd dit product te allen tijde uit de buurt van kinde-
ren onder de leeftijd van 13 jaar en huisdieren.
5. Alleen de meegeleverde lader gebruiken met een
goedgekeurde computer, aangesloten hub of stroom-
voorziening voor het opladen van de batterij in de
activiteitentracker.
6. Probeer de activiteitentracker niet te openen of uit
elkaar te halen; de batterij kan niet worden vervangen
of gerepareerd.
7. Gebruik dit product niet in een sauna of stoomruimte
of tijdens het douchen of zwemmen; dompel dit
product niet onder en plaats dit product niet in een
wasmachine of droger.
8. Indien u tijdens het gebruik van dit product huidirri-
tatie ervaart, kijk dan bij DE ACTIVITEITENTRACKER
DRAGEN op bladzijde 7.
9. Gebruik geen schuurreinigers voor het schoonmaken
van dit product.
10. Stel de activiteitentracker niet bloot aan extreem hoge
of lage temperaturen, niet lange tijd aan direct zon-
licht, of aan open vuur.
11. De hartslagmonitor is geen medisch apparaat. De
nauwkeurigheid van de hartslagwaarden kan worden
verminderd door uw lichamelijke eigenschappen (arm-
temperatuur, bloedstroom, obesiteit, obstructies zoals
haar of plekken, huidsteint, tatoeages etc.); door het
type en de intensiteit van uw activiteit (hoge inten-
siteit, interval training, niet-ritmische bewegingen,
gewichtsheffen, oefeningen voor het bovenlichaam,
bewegingen van handen en armen etc.); en door de
wijze waarop u het product draagt. Onnauwkeurige
waarden kunnen resulteren in het doen van te veel
oefeningen.
12. Te veel oefeningen doen kan leiden tot ernstig letsel
of de dood. Als u pijn voelt, kortademig of duizelig
wordt tijdens het oefenen, dient u onmiddellijk te
stoppen en af te koelen.
13. Indien u hartproblemen heeft, ouder bent dan 60 jaar
en inactief bent geweest, gebruik dan niet de hart-
slagmonitor voor hartslagoefeningen. Raadpleeg uw
arts als u een medisch implantaat draagt zoals een
pacemaker, of als u onder regelmatig medisch toe-
zicht staat.
WAARSCHUWING: Om het risico op ernstig letsel te verminderen, dient u alle belangrijke voorzorgsmaatre-
gelen en instructies in deze handleiding te lezen voordat u de dit product gaat gebruiken. ICON is niet verantwoordelijk
voor persoonlijk letsel of schade door het gebruik van dit product.
