• Do not touch the accessory if it is damaged, as this could lead to injury.
• Do not disassemble or try to repair the accessory.
• Always use the wrist strap with the accessory.
• Before using the accessory, ensure that the wrist strap is not frayed or damaged in
any way. If there is damage, replace the wrist strap before play.
• Only use the Nintendo 3DS wrist strap with this accessory.
• Do not swing the accessory around by the wrist strap, as this could lead to injury
and / or damage to yourself and your surroundings.
• Do not hold the accessory (with system inserted) above your head facing down,
as the system could fall out of the accessory and cause injury and / or damage.
m CAUTION
• Do not leave the accessory on the floor, as someone could step on it or trip over it.
• This accessory is composed of plastic and metal parts. Ensure you dispose of it in
accordance with local regulations.
m CAREFUL USAGE
• Do not spill liquid on the accessory or use it with wet hands.
• If the accessory gets dirty, wipe the exterior clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth
(use water only). Do not clean with paint thinner, alcohol or any other solvent.
• Do not expose the accessory to excessive physical shock such as dropping it or
treading on it.
• Do not expose the accessory to heat sources such as heaters or stoves, and try not
to expose the accessory to direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
• Be sure to close the Nintendo 3DS system when attaching it or removing it from the
Circle Pad Pro. Holding on to the upper screen of the system during this procedure
can lead to accidents.
• Do not use excessive force when manipulating the Circle Pads, as this can lead to
accidents.
Battery Warnings
Pay careful attention to these warnings. Failure to do so could lead to battery leakage,
combustion or explosion, and / or render the accessory unusable.
Rechargeable batteries are only to be recharged under adult supervision.
m WARNING
• If the battery runs out, ensure it is removed from the Nintendo 3DS Circle Pad Pro.
• If the battery leaks, do not touch it. If any of the leakage comes into contact with
your eyes, it can cause injury. Immediately rinse your eyes with plenty of water and
consult a doctor. To ensure any leaked fluid spilt on the system / accessory doesn’t
come into contact with your hands, wipe the exterior of the system / accessory
thoroughly with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If the leaked fluid comes into contact
with your hands or any other part of your body, rinse it away with water.
• Do not use altered / remodelled batteries, or batteries other than the battery
type (1.5V AAA (LR03)) specified for use with this accessory.
• Ensure that the plus (+) and minus (–) terminals are correctly aligned as specified
on the accessory.
• Do not touch the terminals of the battery with any metal objects. Doing so can lead
to short-circuits.
• If you swallow a battery, see a doctor immediately.

m WARNING
• Not suitable for children under 36 months of age – strangulation hazard.
The Nintendo 3DS wrist strap can coil around the neck.
• If your hands, wrists, or arms become tired or sore while playing, or if you feel
symptoms such as tingling, numbness, burning or stiffness, stop and rest them for
several hours before playing again.
• If you continue to have any of the above symptoms or other discomfort during or
after play, stop playing and see a doctor.
• Do not get too close to the infrared transceiver. Looking directly into the infrared
transceiver can lead to impaired vision and other problems.
• Do not place the accessory within easy reach of young children or pets, or in places
where there is a risk it could fall into their reach. Children could place the battery
cover or battery into their mouths and cause themselves harm as a result.
• Do not use damaged products. If you notice any damage to the system, or any un-
usual sounds, smells or smoke emanating from it, carefully turn it off, remove the
AC adapter and any accessories, and contact Nintendo Customer Support.
