Plug de adapter in de achterzijde van de hometrainer en sluit deze aan op het
stroomnet. U hoort nu een lange piep en het LCD scherm zal oplichten.
Het selecteren en instellen van een USER (U1-U4)
1. Selecteer een USER uit U1-U4 met behulp van de draaiknop en druk op de
ENTER knop om uw keuze op te slaan.
2. Stel achtereenvolgens uw geslacht, leeftijd (Age), lengte (Height) en gewicht
(Weight) in m.b.v. de draaiknop. Druk op ENTER(de draaiknop) om de ingestelde
gegevens op te slaan.
3. Het scherm zal nu het hoofdmenu weergeven.
Hoofdmenu
Vanuit het hoofdmenu kunt u bepalen voor wat voor programma u kiest.
Druk 1 x op enter om het hoofdmenu te activeren. Vervolgens kunt u met de
draaiknop voor een programma's kiezen. U kunt kiezen uit:
- Manual
- Program
- User
- H.R.C.
- Watt
Verderop in de gebruiksaanwijzing staan de programma's uitgelegd.
Direct starten
Wanneer u direct wilt starten met trainen, zonder iets te hebben ingesteld gebruikt
u het manual programma. Selecteer het manual programma door aan de draaiknop
te draaien totdat "manual." op het LCD scherm staat en druk op enter. (de
draaiknop) Druk vervolgens op start en de tijd begint te lopen. U kunt nu, mocht u
dat willen, de weerstand aanpassen door aan de draaiknop te draaien.
LCD scherm
Op het computerpaneel ziet u 1 groot LCD scherm. Op het LCD scherm kunt u
zien wat u instelt en u kunt er uw trainingen en trainingswaarden op aflezen.
Het volgende wordt op het LCD scherm weergegeven:
Time (Tijd)
Speed ( Snelheid)
Calories (Calorieverbruik)
RPM ( Aantal omwentelingen per minuut)
Watt (Wattage)
Distance (Afstand)
Pulse (Hartslag)
