La lampe ProTac® 2L-X USB/ProTac
® 2L-X est munie d’un interrupteur programma-
ble TEN-TAP® permettant à l’utilisateur de sélectionner un des trois programmes
différents. Pour passer au programme suivant, en commençant par la position «
Off », taper sur l’interrupteur rapidement à 9 reprises (en moins de 0,4 seconde
par pression) et le maintenir enfoncé à la 10è reprise. Continuer de maintenir
l’interrupteur jusqu’à ce que la lampe s’éteigne (approximativement 1 seconde),

®-

WARNING: Use of light in “strobe” mode may cause seizure in persons with
photosensitive epilepsy.
CAUTION: The ProTac® 2L-X USB/ProTac
® 2L-X provides a powerful beam.
When operated for a long time, it will get uncomfortably warm. This is
NORMAL and is not a defect. Any LED flashlight of similar size and performance will
produce similar amounts of heat during operation. The only way to reduce operating
heat is to SIGNIFICANTLY lower the output, or increase the size of the flashlight.
While this heating may trigger the drop reflex if an unattended hot light is picked up,
the temperature does not present a burn hazard. When used tactically for short peri-
ods of time to clear a room, check for intruders, etc., heating will not be a problem.
BATTERY WARNING: FIRE, EXPLOSION, BURN HAZARD
USE ONLY: Streamlight, Panasonic or Sanyo size CR123A; Duracell 123A, or
Energizer 123. Use of other batteries or mixing of used and new or different brand
batteries may result in leakage, fire or explosion and serious personal injury.
DO NOT recharge, misuse, short circuit, improperly store or discard, disassemble,
or heat above 212°F (100°C). Keep away from children.
Note: This product is not designed to use rechargeable CR123 batteries.
CAUTION: To reduce risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury, handle the
battery carefully and never allow it to short circuit. Do not incinerate the battery as
it may explode in a fire.
WARNING:
The ProTac® 2L-X USB/ProTac
® 2L-X utilizes a high Lumen LED that can get very hot.
Never place the flashlight face down against a flat surface or against any flammable
object. Transport or store the flashlight in a way that minimizes the chance it can
accidentally be turned on.
BATTERY INSTALLATION/REMOVAL
Uses one 18650 rechargeable battery or two CR123 batteries. Unscrew the tail cap
and remove depleted batteries, insert fresh batteries positive end first, replace and
tighten tail cap.
18650 USB BATTERY CHARGING
The ProTac® 2L-X USB system ships with an 18650 USB Li-Ion battery with
integrated charge port. Note: Fully charge battery before first use.
To charge the 18650 USB battery, insert the micro-USB plug into the connector near
the positive end of the battery. The battery may be left plugged into a micro-USB
cable continuously, there is no danger of overcharge.
LED Charge Indicators
• Charging…Red LED is on.
• Charged…Green LED is on.
Charge time is approximately 5 hours when using Streamlight AC adapters.
GENERAL OPERATION
The ProTac® 2L-X USB/ProTac
® 2L-X features a programmable switch with
momentary operation (light press or tap) and constant on operation (press until
click). The light is shipped from the factory in the default High-Strobe-Low program.
• High: Tap and hold; click to lock on; click again for off.
• Strobe: Fast double-tap (within 0.4 seconds) and hold;
click to lock on; click again for off.
• Low: Fast triple-tap (within 0.4 seconds per tap) and hold;
click to lock on; click again for off.
Accessing Other Programs
The ProTac® 2L-X USB/ProTac
® 2L-X features a TEN-TAP
® programmable switch
allowing the user to select one of three different programs. To change to the next
program, starting from the “Off” position, tap the switch rapidly 9 times (within 0.4
seconds per tap) and hold it down the 10th time. Continue holding the switch until
the light turns off (approximately 1 second), then release the switch.

Streamlight’s Limited Lifetime Warranty
Streamlight warrants this product to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except
for batteries and bulbs, abuse and normal wear. We will repair, replace or refund
the purchase price of this product should we determine it to be defective. This
limited lifetime warranty also excludes rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches
and electronics which have a 2 year warranty with proof of purchase. THIS IS THE
ONLY WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF

INSTALACIÓN/EXTRACCIÓN DE LAS PILAS

colocar la base y apriete.
CARGA DE PILAS DEL USB 18650
El sistema USB de la ProTac® 2L-X se envía con una pila de ión-litio para el USB
18650 con puerto de carga integrado. Nota: Cargue la pila completamente antes de
usarla por primera vez.
Para cargar la pila del USB 18650, inserte el micro enchufe USB en el conector cerca

chaleur peut déclencher le réflexe de chute si une lampe chaude sans supervision
est ramassée, la température ne présente pas de danger de brûlure. Quand utilisée
tactiquement pendant de courtes périodes pour vider une pièce, repérer des intrus,
etc., la chaleur ne sera pas un problème.
BATTERIE AVERTISSEMENT : DANGER DE FEU, D’EXPLOSION ET DE BRÛLURE
UTILISER UNIQUEMENT : Streamlight, Panasonic ou Sanyo taille CR123A ;
Duracell 123A ou Energizer 123. L’utilisation d’autres piles ou mélanger des
marques, et mélanger des piles usagées et neuves peuvent provoquer une fuite,
un incendie, une explosion et de graves blessures corporelles. NE PAS recharger,
utiliser de façon abusive, court-circuiter, stocker ou éliminer de façon inappropriée,
démonter ou chauffer au-dessus de 100 °C. Garder hors de portée des enfants.
Remarque : Ce produit n’est pas conçu pour utiliser des piles rechargeables CR123.
ATTENTION : Pour réduire le risque d’incendie, de choc électrique ou de blessures
corporelles, manipuler la pile soigneusement et ne la laisser jamais faire court-
circuit. Ne pas incinérer la pile car elle risque d’exploser dans un incendie.
AVERTISSEMENT :
La lampe ProTac® 2L-X USB/ProTac® 2L-X utilise une DEL à lumen élevé qui peut
devenir très chaude. Ne jamais placer la lampe torche face vers le bas contre une
surface plate ou contre tout objet inflammable. Transporter ou entreposer la lampe
torche de sorte à minimiser le risque qu’elle soit allumée par inadvertance.
MISE EN PLACE ET/OU RETRAIT DE PILES
Utilise une pile rechargeable 18650 ou deux piles CR123. Dévisser l’embout et
retirer la ou les piles déchargées, insérer des piles neuves, extrémité positive en
premier, remettre l’embout en place et serrer.
CHARGE DE PILE USB 18650
Le système ProTac
® 2L-X USB est expédié avec une pile Li-Ion USB 18650 avec
un port de charge intégré. Remarque : Charger complètement la pile avant la toute
première fois.
Pour charger la pile USB 18650, insérer la micro-fiche USB dans le connecteur près
de l’extrémité positive de la pile. La pile peut être laissée branchée dans un câble
micro-USB en permanence, il n’y a aucun risque de surcharge.
Voyants de charge DEL
• En cours de charge…DEL rouge est allumée.
• Chargée…DEL verte est allumée.
Le temps de charge est approximativement de 5 heures en utilisant les adaptateurs
CA Streamlight.
FONCTIONNEMENT GÉNÉRAL
La lampe ProTac® 2L-X USB/ProTac® 2L-X est munie d’un interrupteur program-
mable avec un fonctionnement momentané (appuyer ou taper légèrement) et un
fonctionnement constamment allumé (appuyez jusqu’au déclic). La lampe est expédiée
de l’usine dans le programme par défaut High-Strobe-Low (Fort-Stroboscope-Bas).
• Fort : Taper et maintenir ; cliquer pour verrouiller sur « on » ;
cliquer à nouveau pour « off ».
• Stroboscope : Taper rapidement à deux reprises (en moins de 0,4 seconde) et
