PLUMBER NOTE
҃On-site testing using higher water pr ess ures mu st be conducted
with the Mixer in the clos ed position. (S TATIC TEST )
҃Under no circumstances is the Mixer to be opened wh en
exceedi ng the maximum stated water pr essure.
҃At th e completion of testing, do not relieve any hig h water
pre ssure by opening the Mixer.
҃Exposin g the internals of the Mixer Cartridge to hig her than
speci fied water pressures will void th e manufactu rers w arranty
INSTALL ATION GUIDELINES
҃The Mixer is supp lied ass embled, only the Fixing nut and the Brass
Clamp n ee d to be removed.
҃Decide if the Opti onal Base Flange is to be used.
҃If using the Optional Bas e Flange discard the smaller Base O Ring .
҃Add the b ase Flange to base of Mi xer and attach the Flexible Hos es
to the Mixer Hose extensions.
҃In some cases the Flexible Hos es may need to be fed through from
under the m ou nting sur face and then attach.
҃Once the Flexib le Hoses have been secur ed, lower the Mixer onto
the mounting surface.
҃Working from und er neath the mountin g sur face fit Clamp an d
Fixing Nut.
҃Before fully securin g the Mixer ens ure that the Base O Rin g is
intact and the Mixer is centered over the mounting surface hole .
҃The Mixer mounting surface mus t be completely water-tigh t.
҃Connect the Hot and Cold Flexible hoses to th e corresponding
1/2”BS P water feed li nes .
҃The 1/2” connection of the Flexible hoses have a conical seal,
ens ure the mating threads are cu t square and burr fr ee.
҃Isolating stop valves are re commended with all ins tallations.

҃Ensu re all fi ttings and connections are water-tight.
