The IPv6 Local IP Address is the IPv6 Address that you use to access the web-based management interface. If you
change the LAN IPv6 Address here, you may need to adjust your PC’s network setngs to access the network again.
DHCP can be used to acquire an IPv6 prefix for the LAN interface.
DHCPv6 is a network protocol that is used for configuring IPv6 hosts with IP addresses, IP prefixes and/or other
configuraons required to operate on an IPv6 network.
IPv6 hosts can acquire IP addresses by using DHCPv6.
The DHCP Unique Idenfier (DUID) is used by a client to get an IP address from a DHCPv6 server. The server
compares the DUID with its database and delivers conguraon data (address, lease times, DNS servers, etc.) to the
client.
