Surge protected outlets offer EMI ltering, line condioning and surge protecon, -
but they are not supported with backup power from battery in case of AC failure.

Press and hold the On/O Buon for 2 seconds and then release to
change state between Standby (output is o) and Line (output is on).
Mute buon
Press and hold the Mute buon for 1 second and then release to
mute or unmute the alarm.

IV. Baery Replacement
1. Turn o the connected equipment and unplug it
from the UPS
2. Turn o the UPS and unplug the input cable.
3. Remove two screws located on the boom of the
UPS and slide the baery cover downward, then
outward.
4. Disconnect the baery connector.
5. Slide out the exisng baery pack from the UPS
by grasping the baery pull tap.
Cauon - Do not short the posive wire and negave wire
of baery.
Cauon - DO NOT pull the baery pack out by pulling on
the baery wires.
6. Slide the new baery pack into the UPS.
7. Verify proper polarity. Re connect the baery -
connectors together.
8. Reinstall the battery cover onto the UPS. Now,
the UPS is ready for normal operaon
9. Properly dispose of the old baeries at an
appropriate recycling facility or return them to
the supplier in the packing material for the new
baeries.
Please read all of the WARNINGS and CAUTIONS in the General Manual before
replacing the baeries.
