INSTRUCTIONS
INSPECTION Always inspect the the light for damage, and
make sure that it operates properly before use. Do not use
the light in an explosive atmosphere if it is not in perfect
condition. Remove it immediately. All repairs must be done by
an authorized specialist.
A- O-RING The o-ring and sealing surfaces must be kept
clean and lubricated with silicone grease.
B- BATTERIES Load batteries according to the diagram.
Make sure the battery polarity is correct or the light will not
operate.
C- LAMP ASSEMBLY Insert the lamp assembly into the
light. Batteries 3 and 4 fit inside the tube. Twist the front lens
cap onto the light.
D- ON/OFF Turn the light ON or OFF by pressing the black
rubber (I/O) button on the side or end of the light. Some
models have 2 brightness levels (-2P). Press the button again
to lower the brightness.
E- VENT Keep the pressure equalization vent clean. Rinse
with water occasionally
F- DATE OF MANUFACTURE CODE Represents month
(number in circle that arrow point to) and year (numbers on
each side of arrow) of manufacture (batch number).
G- DISPOSAL Batteries and waste electrical products
should not be disposed of together with municipal waste.
Please recycle according to local regulations such as
returning to recycling facilities, manufacturer or distributor.
H- EYE PROTECTION Do not look at the LED or shine beam
into the eyes of other people.
MODE D´EMPLOI
CONTRÔLE Avant la mise en service, vérifiez le bon
fonctionnement et les dommages. N‘ utilisez la lampe qu‘en
parfait état, sinon ne l‘utilisez pas dans une atmosphère
explosive, mais retirez-la immédiatement. Les
réparations ne doivent être effectuées que par des
spécialistes agrées.
A- JOINT TORIQUE: Il faut toujours garder propre le joint
torique et le filet. Le joint torique devant étanchéifier la tête
caoutchoutée contre le boîtier est à graisser légèrement avec
de la graisse de silicone.
B- PILES Monter les piles conformément à la figure. Veillez
à respecter la polarité correcte car sinon la lampe ne
s’allumera pas.
C- ASSEMBLAGE Montez l’extrémité du module LED dans le
boîtier et le pousser sur les piles 3 et 4. Vissez ensuite
fermement le module eLED sur le boîtier
D- MARCHE/ARRÊT Appuyez sur le bouton noir sur le côté
ou à l'extrémité de la lampe pour allumer ou éteindre la
lampe. Quelques versions possèdent deux niveaux de
luminosité (-2P). Pour réduire l’intensité, appuyez à nouveau
sur le bouton.
E- SOUPAPE DE COMPENSATION DE PRESSION La
soupape de compensation de pression doit rester propre. De
temps en temps la rincer avec de l’eau.
F-
DCODE FABRICANT indique le mois (numéro dans le
cercle sur lequel pointe la flèche) et l'année (numéros de
chaque côté de la flèche) de la production (numéro du lot).
G- ÉLIMINATION Les piles et les lampes ne sont pas des
déchets ménagers. Elles doivent donc être éliminées selon
les règles locales, par exemple en les rendant au fabricant,
au revendeur ou en les amenant à la décharge de recyclage.
H- PROTECTION DES YEUX Ne jamais diriger le rayon dans
les yeux des personnes et ne jamais regarder directement
dans le rayon.

EXPLOSION HAZARD To reduce the risk of explosion, -
(1) only use batteries which are listed.
(2) Do not mix new batteries with used –batteries, or mix
batteries from different manufacturers.
(3) Discard batteries which show signs of leakage.
(4) Do not store batteries in light for an extended time.

in an explosive environment

soumise à des risques d’explosion, les piles ne doivent
être remplacées que dans un endroit qui n’est pas soumis à
un risque d’explosion.

compromise si vous remplacez ou modifiez des pièces. Ceci
est donc interdit.

(1) N’utilisez que des piles certifiées (voir liste)
(2) Ne pas monter des piles de type/marque/ différent ou
mélanger piles neuves et usées.

Underwater Kinetics products are engineered for
maximum performance and durability. All products carry
a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original retail
purchaser to be free from defective material and
workmanship under normal and intended use. In addition,
the Underwater Kinetics Limited Warranty covers
materials used in its products to the original purchaser,
from the date of purchase, as follows: plastics for 10
years; rubber for 3 years, LED and electronics for 2 year,
rechargeable batteries for 90 days.
In the event the original retail purchaser detects a defect
in the material or workmanship, the product along with
proof of purchase date should be returned to an
authorized Underwater Kinetics dealer or directly to
Underwater Kinetics with the postage prepaid.
Underwater Kinetics agrees to repair or replace at
Underwater Kinetics' sole discretion any product found
to be defective in material or workmanship within the
time period specified above. For the complete Limited
